Cancellation Policy for Public Seminars

We know that things "come up" from time to time.

You'll appreciate that we have costs involved with the Seminars too. So this is what we can do for you...

• If you cancel up to two weeks before the event, we'll give you a full refund.

• Less than two weeks but more than seven days we'll refund 50%.

• If you cancel less than seven days from the event there is no refund. However, we'll send you the notes.

You can always send a substitute delegate at no charge.
